For the past year I have carried a Leatherman multi tool on my side. The first one that I had was the Fuse. It was a great tool, very strong yet not bulky or clumsy to handle. I chose to move on to the Blast due to it having one more very important tool that I considered a must have for me, and that was the saw.

          I have used this multi tool day after day to cut open boxes, adjusting sights on firearms, and many other task. There is not a single tool on the Leatherman Blast that I have not used. The needle nose pliers are awesome, I can squeeze them with as much force as I can apply on them and they do not bend or break.   

          The Blast is made from 420 high carbon steel , it also has Zytel which is abrasion and scratch resistant material inserted into the handles for comfort.
