SAS Survival Gide

Hello everyone! During my time looking for useful survival items, I have run across a few books that I have read or I intend to read. After all knowledge and planning are key elements to survival. One of books that I have read is the SAS Survival Guide in the Collins gem edition. The information in this book was gained from a 26 year former British SAS member John “Lofty” Wiseman. This guide book is very easy to use and can be packed into everything from a small EDC Bag, Bug Out Bag, or a standard camping pack. The size of the book is 1″ thick 3-1/4″wide by 4-1/2″long. Topics covered by this book include the essentials of survival, climate & terrain, food, camp craft, reading the signs, when and how to move, surviving on the sea, rescue, health, and disaster strategies. When I added this title to my Survival – Camping / Tactical page on Pinterest it became the number one pinned item from my page ( to this date it has 349 repins). Two other books that I will be reading in the near future are Les Stroud’s Survive!, and Doomsday Preppers Complete Survival Manual by National Geographic.
